Job Description:
Caritas Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team in the London Borough of Bexley. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a skilled and experienced social worker to provide high-quality services to vulnerable adults.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult social care, with experience working in statutory settings. They will be responsible for assessing and managing complex care cases, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and attending Court of Protection hearings as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £32 per hour for this role, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage complex care cases
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Attend Court of Protection hearings as required

Requirements:
- A social work qualification and full SWE registration
- Over 3 years post-qualified experience gained in an Adults Services setting
- Strong understanding of Court of Protection work and relevant legislation
