Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shop Manager to join our team at East Anglia's Children's Hospices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and generate income to support the work of EACH.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
