Job Title: IP Project Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced IP Project Lawyer to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting policies and providing guidance on regulations, as well as presenting findings to the wider project team and key stakeholders.

About the Role:

The IP Project Lawyer will work closely with internal stakeholders across the university to review and amend key documents. The role requires a breadth of experience across IP rights, with experience or knowledge of policy drafting and awareness of the HE sector being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting policies and providing guidance on regulations
  • Presenting findings to the wider project team and key stakeholders
  • Reviewing and amending key documents
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across the university
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IP law, with experience in policy drafting and awareness of the HE sector. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
