Trade Relations Executive

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Relations Executive to join our team at Disaronno International UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to drive business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results and expand market share.
- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or related field within the UK On/Off Trade.
- Proven success of launching NPD into the UK.
- Experience of spirits would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial/financial understanding and ability to interpret performance data.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum.
- Bonus scheme offering up to 20% of annual salary.
- Car allowance of £5200 per annum.
- Excellent benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time.
