Planned Repairs Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our team at Think Recruitment. As part of this role, you will oversee the installation of kitchens in Stafford and the surrounding region, working closely with a team of skilled trades operatives to deliver high-quality services to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a flexible, productive, coordinated, and efficient service is provided to customers. We offer a competitive salary of £22-£24 per hour, depending on skill set and qualifications, plus the use of a company van.

This temporary contract is expected to last for at least three months, providing a stable income stream for the right candidate. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills, as well as excellent customer care abilities.
