Job Title: Senior Client Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Director to join our team at Legal & General. As a Senior Client Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of DC pension clients, including some of the largest and most complex clients in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across your client portfolio, understanding their strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including profitable restructures and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Work closely with the DC senior team to set and deliver growth targets across your client portfolio.
  • Support and attend new business opportunities, including critical tender and beauty parade stages.
  • Lead engagement with other areas, including product, client communications, change, and operations, to ensure clients have access to a range of products and services.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge of DC product solutions and the marketplace.
  • Corporate client relationship management experience in a product provider, asset manager, or EBC/significant intermediary.
  • Understanding of investments and the ability to articulate fund performance at a high level.
  • Understanding of administrative and operational matters related to DC pension plans.
  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills, with previous client-facing experience.
  • Professional qualifications in relation to the role are desirable.
