About Us
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) provides hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex. Our dedicated staff deliver care from acute hospitals in Colchester and Ipswich, community hospitals, surgeries, community clinics, and in patients' own homes.

Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, clinical expertise, and managing a caseload of respiratory patients. You will work in partnership with primary and secondary care colleagues and other agencies to secure a smooth patient journey across the whole patient pathway. Self-care will be encouraged, and patients and carers will be actively involved in the development of their care plan and the management of their condition.

Key Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • To be a Registered Nurse recorded on the NMC register or an HCPC registered Physiotherapist
  • To possess a 1st degree in a clinical field at a minimum 2:2 classification
  • To have completed a MSc in Advanced Practice or a recognised equivalent by HEE Centre Advancing Practice
  • To have Non-Medical Prescribing (v300) qualification if appropriate to your registered profession/role

The estimated salary for this role is £53,132 - £72,574 per annum.
