Reed is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing and be proficient in managing or assisting on a full caseload of residential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files, overseeing the entire transaction from offer to completion.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, providing exceptional service to ensure repeat business.
  • Utilise case management systems to efficiently handle caseloads.
  • Collaborate with solicitors and other paralegals in a client-facing role.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a focus on shared goals and mutual support.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal in residential conveyancing.
  • Proficiency in managing or assisting on a full caseload of residential matters.
  • Skilled in the use of case management systems.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to work effectively within a team.
