We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Peterhead. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who can run their own caseload of residential files from offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files independently.
  • Handle the entire transaction process from offer to completion.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships in a client-facing role, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
  • Utilise case management systems effectively to streamline processes.
  • Operate within a firm that promotes in-firm progression, with opportunities to advance to Associate level.
Requirements
  • NQ – 5 years PQE Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload of matters from offer to completion.
  • Proficient in using case management systems.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire for professional growth within the firm.
