Renewals Specialist (Energy - Sales)

Yorkshire Gas and Power is a leading energy supplier based in Leeds, offering a world-class service to its customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Specialist to join our sales team, who will be responsible for producing renewals reports, selling out-of-contract YGP renewals, and supporting account managers with their partners' renewals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. They will also be able to drive improvements and change within the team to enhance efficiencies, quality, and performance.

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing renewals reports from data exported from our CRM system
  • Selling out-of-contract YGP renewals
  • Supporting account managers with their partners' renewals
  • Working on contracting, validation, and managing our CRM system and shared mailboxes
  • Providing insight and support to YGP sales team on products, quotes, internal performance, and creating actions for the team around renewals
