About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker and Driver to join our team at 78 Park Road, part of our learning disability and autism division. As a Support Worker and Driver, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with severe learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ward rounds and analyse behaviours to adapt care accordingly with colleagues
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a positive and supportive environment
  • Participate in shift patterns, including 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm, with weekends on a rota basis
