Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team in North Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading health insurance, life insurance and income protection comparison service.
- Estimated salary: £45,000 per annum
- Hours: Full-time
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Aztec West, Bristol
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound sales calls, handling sales enquiries for a range of insurance products, meeting and exceeding individual targets, and providing an advisory service to clients. You will also undertake a fact-finding process to understand client needs, overcome objections by highlighting product features and benefits, and ensure every client receives excellent service.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous sales experience within a high-volume telesales environment, the ability to convert warm leads and be target-driven, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience selling private medical insurance is desirable but not essential.
