We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE to lead the Pastry Brigade in our Michelin-starred restaurant, Hélne Darroze at The Connaught.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of pastry chefs to deliver exceptional desserts and pastries
  • Developing and implementing new dessert menus and concepts
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and visually stunning desserts
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
