Electrical Project Manager Wanted

Progressive / SThree Group is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Lead to manage live working environments and M&E retrofit projects in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical-related systems, and experience in site management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of assigned projects from start-up through close-out phases.
  • Managing site safety procedures during construction activities ensuring compliance with relevant regulations standards adhered onsite such CDM/DSEAR/MHSW Regs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record managing live working environments.
  • Technical knowledge (mechanical and electrical-related systems used across various structures/sites).
  • Project management abilities.
  • Site management / Asbestos / First Aid experience required.
