About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychology Assistant to join our team at the Priory Hospital Enfield. As a Psychology Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake protocol-based psychological assessments of service users, applying psychological tests and measures under the supervision of a qualified psychologist.
  • Assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans, involving the psychological treatment and/or management of service users' problems, under the supervision of a qualified psychologist.
  • Co-ordinate and co-facilitate therapeutic groups as appropriate, and assist with the planning, delivery, and review of one-to-one sessions under the supervision of a qualified psychologist.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, presenting and sharing relevant information with colleagues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings as required, and support data collection and analysis for research and service evaluation purposes.
  • Support and contribute to the training and support of other staff members.
