About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our Integrated Solutions Information Management team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing system setup, administration, and database maintenance for our SMARTPLANT S3D 3D model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure deliverables can be produced from the model and that the content complies with company and client standards and conventions.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Systems to provide support for resolution of CAD application issues.
  • Develop and implement a 3D CAD management plan incorporating project and contractual requirements.
  • Manage the SMARTPLANT S3D 3D model, global working, system administration, user support, and clash management.
  • Provide multi-discipline CAD coordination and user support.
  • Accountable for the creation and implementation of CAD Management policies, plans, specifications, and procedures, management of model content and compliance.
  • Develop 3D model hierarchy and naming conventions.
  • Develop 3D CAD plan and procedures.
  • System administration, create project, hierarchy, backup, and permissions.
  • Reporting, 3D model status, audit, and MTO.Drawing/isometric setup and configuration, view styles, label rules, etc.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree qualification or equivalent oil and gas industry experience.

3D CAD management experience in Oil & Gas Projects or large Engineering Projects is required.
