Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for our Hertility app and Clinical Services. As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a critical role in driving user adoption, engagement, and retention through targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Launch Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to successfully launch multiple releases of the Hertility app, including defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- User Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to increase user engagement and retention, including personalized communications such as in-app messaging, and targeted promotions.
- Clinical Services Growth: Work closely with our Head of Clinical Services to drive the growth of Hertility's clinical services, including partnership marketing, bundles, and customer journey testing.
- User Acquisition: Work closely with the growth team to drive user acquisition through various digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, organic search, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to track key performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development, messaging, and positioning strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap, feature prioritization, and customer needs.
- Brand Building: Contribute to building the Hertility brand as a trusted leader in reproductive health through thought leadership, industry partnerships, and participation in relevant events and conferences.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically across app and web.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing digital products, with a focus on user acquisition and retention.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-growth companies.
- A desire to be at the intersection of strategy and execution.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done at pace, leveraging strong prioritization and organizational skills.
