What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion for producing quality fresh food in a fast-paced environment. As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Have Experience Championing Excellent Service

You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service through quality food, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate a Passion for Delivering Fantastic Food

You will be passionate about delivering high-quality food every time, with a focus on creativity and innovation.

Be an Active Hands-On Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor

You will be an active and hands-on team player, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills.

Show Willingness to Learn New Skills

You will be proactive in seeking out new opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on delivering outstanding results.

Work Closely with Your Head Chef

You will work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, with a focus on creativity and innovation.

Demonstrate Great Planning and Organisational Skills

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with a focus on maintaining effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.

Have a Pro-Active Approach to Driving Sales and Delivering Growth

You will have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
