Unlock the Future of Finance Data

We're on a mission to redefine the future of insurance, making it personal, inclusive, and a force for good. As a Finance Data Governance & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data landscape and driving business growth.

Our goal is to become Britain's best retail general insurer, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. Our Finance team is dedicated to sustainability and profitability, and we're committed to excellence in all that we do.

About the Role:
  • Data Reconciliation and Governance: You'll work closely with stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Data Elements (CDEs) for Finance Data, ensuring accuracy and quality across our systems.
  • Integration and Adoption: Integrate new Data Products and Systems into existing processes, maintaining accuracy and consistency through reconciliations and reporting of KPIs/CDEs across our estate.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Finance Stakeholders, Business Partners, Technology, and the Central Data Team to ensure seamless data operations.

You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining a Data Quality dashboard, reporting on reconciliations and data quality across Finance Data Systems and from source systems into Finance. This will involve managing the change process for new KPIs, including approvals and testing before deployment to production.

About You:

We're looking for someone with a background in data analysis and reporting, and a deep understanding of Data Governance and Controls. You'll be able to write and interpret complex SQL, and ideally have experience using data tools such as Excel, Tableau, TM1 Cognos or Axon.

Join us in reshaping the future of finance data and becoming an integral part of a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking team. Enjoy a mixed model way of working, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working from home. • 50% off home, motor, and pet insurance
