EC&I Partners is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive the successful execution of high-impact projects in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the design team.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Liaise with the shared services team to ensure resource requests are directed to the appropriate team.
- Extensive experience in delivering collaborative projects on time and in budget.
- Good commercial awareness, including effective negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and experience of the engineering industry is preferable.
- Project Management/Business Management qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Salary: £45,000 per annum.
- 33 days annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays.
- Option to buy 3 additional days annual leave.
- Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay after 2 years of service.
