Key Responsibilities- Client Service Delivery: Provide advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients, ensuring a premium client service is consistently provided.
- Project Management: Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical and commercial approach.
- Compliance and Advisory: Lead the UK tax and social security compliance programs across a client portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Global Mobility: Co-ordinate UK headquartered global mobility programmes.
- New Business Development: Work alongside Partners and Directors to help develop new business and identify opportunities to expand on existing client work.
- Team Management: Make time to coach, mentor, develop and conduct appraisals of team members, identifying talent within the team and ensuring they are given stretching work and development opportunities.
- Training and Development: Contribute positively to training and development activities of the team and more broadly across the office, providing constructive feedback to develop and strengthen performance of team members.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge through appropriate reading and courses, ensuring clients' tax affairs comply with statutory requirements and fulfilling professional bodies' CPD requirements.
We are looking for a self-starting individual who proactively takes responsibility and wants to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in expatriate tax and international social security, including an understanding of the complexities relating to a range of clients in both large and small organisations who have cross-border workers.

- Risk Awareness: Exhibit strong risk awareness with the ability to carry out effective reviews and know when to refer upwards.
- Commercial Awareness: Clearly commercially aware with the ability to monitor and adhere to financial parameters.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication in a range of situations, both written and oral, and the proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Leadership Skills: Good experience of coaching, supervising and motivating team members.
- Team Player: Team player, possessing the ability to work within a positive, collaborative and inclusive culture, building effective working relationships at all levels.
