Personal Assistant for Young Lady with Learning Disabilities

This role involves providing personal care and support to a young lady with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. The position is for 21 hours per week, with a four-week rolling rota, including one or two shifts on a weekend.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Assist with meal preparation and domestic care
- Support the individual to remain independent and engage in social and leisure activities
- Transport the individual as required, using the provided automatic car
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with guidelines
- Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.00
- Annual leave accrued on hours worked
- Shadow shifts provided for training and development
The job is based in the Broadstairs area.
