Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Day Nursing Team at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People (QEF). As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Main Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the clinical needs of clients undergoing rehabilitation at our service.
• Support clients in maintaining physical and personal well-being, including diet, hygiene, and appearance.
• Implement, evaluate, and audit care plans and therapy guidelines.
• Oversee medication administration and continence care in collaboration with relevant professionals.
• Ensure clients' dietary needs are met according to dietician guidelines.
• Maintain a safe environment, adhere to infection control, and keep accurate clinical records.
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team and external professionals.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional care. You will have a valid NMC pin and evidence of post-registration education and practice.
