About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil and Structural Engineering professional to join our team at Hydrock. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering sustainable projects that shape the built environment and improve the quality of life for our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets our high standards of technical excellence and sustainability.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our engineering services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as ICE or IStructE membership, are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on sustainable project development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Infodrainage.
