Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee inventory and stock requirements to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Prepare documentation for shipping and export, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide quotations and communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
  • Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Input sales orders into our in-house computer system, maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales files, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Support Dispatch with the picking and packing of products, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements
