About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Cost Manager to join our client's team in the North West area. The successful candidate will work on CAT A & B fit-out projects and be responsible for ensuring project costings are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and agreeing variations
  • Managing claims and payments
  • Preparing Forecast Final Accounts (Cost Reports)
  • Creating monthly CVRs and cash flows
  • Preparing and submitting final accounts upon completion of works
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
