About the Role

Zebrec is seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Service Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Senior AV Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and reactive support of audio visual and video conferencing systems to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Faultfinding of audio visual and video conferencing systems to a high level, under pressure
  • Preventative maintenance of client-owned equipment
  • AMX/Crestron control system knowledge
  • Configuration and fault finding of audio conferencing systems such as ClearOne or SoundStructure
  • Networking knowledge to fault find IP integrated systems
  • Support of TV/Satellite RF and Video systems
  • Completing paperwork for each job, ensuring comprehensive reports on work completed
  • Communicating identified faults in a clear and concise manner to our clients
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience of supporting Corporate AV systems in a service environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good all-round technical knowledge
  • Team player
  • Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment
