Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client's growing engineering team. As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and commissioning duties, while mentoring junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general service and commissioning duties, including planned and preventative maintenance, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Attend client sites in a professional manner, liaising with onsite contacts and communicating effectively to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Complete service and maintenance reports within expected timeframes, providing clear and concise summaries of works undertaken.
  • Shadow junior Engineers, evaluating key skills and competency areas, providing constructive feedback and reporting progression.
  • Report escalations and issues to the service manager in a timely manner, as required.
  • Undertake equipment production and assembly, including re-wiring, modifications, and unit testing from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-years' experience in a HVAC engineering or maintenance role.
  • Experience of working with Air source Heat pumps advantageous.
  • FGas Certificate.
