Dialysis Clinic Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Clinic Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Dialysis Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dialysis clinic, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinic's operations, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
  • Manage the clinic's budget and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a renal dialysis nurse, with experience in managing a clinic team.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
