We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the UK, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

About the role:

  1. As a Sales Executive at TPS, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and team to deliver business plans and achieve sales objectives.
  2. You will be responsible for achieving personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets with key customers.
  3. A thorough understanding of product offerings and accurate identification of parts to meet customer needs are essential skills for this role.
  4. Effective utilisation of all product promotions to achieve set targets is also crucial.
  5. You will identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and competitor awareness.
  6. Strong working relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits are vital.
  7. You will provide high-quality service to customers, responding promptly to requests, progressing orders, and offering expert advice.
  8. Timely communication with customers on their credit status is also an important aspect of this role.
  9. Liaising with and supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent customer service delivery.
  10. Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager and others to achieve sales targets and promote a unified approach to sales.
  11. Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.
  12. Efficient use of systems to search and order parts accurately and complete required documentation on time.
  13. Managing cash and credit card transactions according to TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual.
