The Role

As a Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant, you'll be the face of our business, creating innovative designs and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, guiding them through the design stage to the decision journey. With our market-leading kitchen and bathroom ranges, you'll help us deliver on our commitment to helping the nation feel house proud.

About You
  • Customer Focus: You'll have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: You'll thrive working towards targets, be motivated to achieve, and be at your best.
  • Tenacity & Creativity: You'll be able to overcome challenges, learn from them, and 'do the right thing' in the right way.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential, as you'll need to visit customers in their homes, bringing tools and materials with you for home measures and design visits.
