About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their kitchen design needs and provide expert advice on our products and services.
  • Design and quote kitchen layouts and installations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our products and services, ensuring a safe and professional experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert knowledge and advice to customers.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, that's 6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).

Requirements
  • No previous industry experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a thirst for chasing sales is essential.
  • A methodical and tenacious approach, with a focus on design and conversion.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with the drive and energy to succeed.
  • A strong self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
