Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the contract life cycle, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
  • Manage project risks, leading negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure that expectations are aligned throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring that all changes are documented and agreed upon with clients.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors to resolve disputes and finalise terms.
  • Work closely with the commercial and project management teams to forecast costs, track expenditures, and manage budgets.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience bidding, estimating, and leading projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Full UK driving license.
