We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team at AWP (Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust). As Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the PFI and non-PFI contracts on behalf of the Trust. This will involve ensuring robust governance and compliance of the relevant PFI Project Agreement and non-PFI contract schedules, as well as reviewing and managing financial schedules within all estates contracts.
You will work closely with senior managers from Project Co and the maintenance provider, acting as the senior client in negotiations and performance management activities. Your expertise will be essential in identifying commercial opportunities and safeguarding the Trust against contractual risks.
