Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the Children's Home, adhering to statutory regulations and good practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of children and young people are met.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,364.00 per annum for Residential Care Practitioner and £31,364.00 to £33,945.00 per annum for Senior Care Practitioner.
