About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and evenings.
  • Commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
