Home Care Professional

About the Role:
As a Home Care Assistant with HC One, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. This will involve traveling between clients in the community and our retirement villages, performing a variety of tasks as outlined in the Person Centred Care Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Assisting with domestic support, including housework, laundry, and shopping.
- Accompanying clients to activities and outings to promote social interaction and engagement.
- Collecting pensions and assisting with financial management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care environment (not essential).
- Reliable, kind, and caring attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Flexible approach to work, including willingness to travel and work varying shifts.
