Physiotherapist Opportunity on the Isle of Wight

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on the Isle of Wight. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a community setting, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and patient independence.
The role involves supporting the development of staff and implementing changes to promote greater accessibility to rehabilitation services for the island's population. You will work closely with colleagues to increase function and promote independence through various therapeutic interventions, both in-person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans for patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based practice
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to patients and carers
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Postgraduate accredited training in relevant areas (e.g., musculoskeletal, neurology)
- Experience working in community or outpatient settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
