About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Synthetic Chemist to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our Analytical Services section, you will play a crucial role in supporting the reference standards team.

Your primary responsibilities will include synthesizing, purifying and isolating critical process and degradation impurities. You will also be responsible for documenting experimental work and proceduralizing workflows to maximize yields while adhering to site health and safety policies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality critical impurities, degradation products and API reference standards to support quality analytical laboratory teams.
  2. Evaluate and present data generated during laboratory work using scientific knowledge and a practical approach.
  3. Collaborate with Mundipharma's Quality Management System processes, including Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs and Quality Risk management procedures.

The salary for this position is £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
