Claims Advisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recovery Claims Handler at Arthur J. Gallagher.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Open claims on the office case management system and conduct initial enquiries.
• Communicate with third parties and third-party insurers through letters of claim, telephone calls, and correspondence negotiations to achieve swift settlement.
• Ensure full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreements, and client 'key performance indicators' for all claims handled independently.
• Maintain 100% data integrity compliance on the office case management system for all own handled claims.
• Adhere to all financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules to ensure full compliance.
• Identify and maximize fee earning opportunities while prioritizing client recoveries.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of claims handling processes and procedures.
• Proficient in using case management systems and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
