We are partnering with a leading manufacturing business to find a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support line change-overs
- Contribute to the delivery of the Engineering department's vision and strategic plan
- Maintain production Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet site Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the engineering environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environment
- Collaborate with relevant parties to support capital engineering projects
- Work as a proactive team player to build credibility within the peer group
- Preferably experienced in the FMCG industry
- Educated to ONC level or equivalent
- Electrical or Mechanical bias (both positions available)
- Desirable experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and Continuous Improvement
