About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Development Team Lead to support the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products addressing significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of product development plans, including cross-functional collaboration, activity planning, budgets, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone reporting.
  • Actively maintain internal project management software, ensuring consistent accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and team data integrity at all times.
  • Work with project teams to develop, maintain, and report project schedule information and baselines using standardized dashboard reporting.
  • Quantify associated cost and schedule changes for submission to change management.
  • Develop and manage key cross-functional reporting relationships to ensure project information traceability to other systems within Lifelancer.
  • Contribute to integrated project teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Facilitate regular project update meetings with project teams.
  • Act as key internal contact for projects under supervision.
  • Work collaboratively with department leadership to ensure all reporting is met.
Requirements
  • Degree in science or life sciences field required.
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience, including products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1-3).
  • 2+ years project and/or financial management experience.
  • Moderate level of project management experience with multiple projects.
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple tasks and functional areas.
  • Expertise in at least one pharmaceutical drug development function (clinical ops, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development).
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools.
