Job Title: Pensions Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Kier Group as a Pensions Supervisor. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the timely development and delivery of reactive maintenance, emergency response, and adverse weather services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Reactive Works Manager in programming, managing, and delivering routine and severe weather services
  • Manage performance, training, and development in accordance with business needs
  • Supervise daily allocation and works, ensuring compliance with program and maintenance requirement plans
  • Liaise with clients, members of the public, and other key stakeholders, including emergency services
  • Communicate with the Fleet/Transport Manager to ensure maintenance of vehicles and plant is up to date

Requirements:

  • Hold an SSSTS or higher qualification
  • Be able to drive and hold a full driving license
  • Have experience working within the highways industry, including knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery
