Theatre Technician Leader

We are looking for a dedicated Theatre Technician Leader to join our team at Dream Medical in Swansea. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our operating theatre, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nurses.
Your duties will include preparing patient trolleys, positioning patients under supervision, and assisting with the application of non-sterile equipment. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards of theatre cleanliness and hygiene, monitoring stock levels, and removing clinical waste.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and post-registration experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This is a 37.5 hour per week permanent position, providing a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong background in operating theatre assistance, we encourage you to apply.
