Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Midwife to join our team in the Maternity Day Assessment Unit (DAU) at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Midwife in this role, you will provide high-quality care to women with high-risk pregnancies, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing antenatal care to women with high-risk pregnancies
  • Working closely with consultants, sonographers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supporting women with outpatient foleys inductions, ECVs, and other procedures
  • Providing education and support to women and their families
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
