Community Engagement Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Spencer & James Limited is seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team in NW London. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting positive relationships between tenants and our company.
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with tenants to understand their needs and concerns, providing effective solutions to any issues that may arise. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, developing your skills and experience in community engagement and liaison.
You will work closely with the tenant liaison team to develop and implement strategies to improve communication and reduce disruptions during refurbishments.
This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £40,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

**Requirements:**
