Automotive Dispatch Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Expleo Group in Surrey, UK. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and coordinating with stakeholders on production output and quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production schedules and delivery deadlines to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on production output and quality issues, providing prompt resolutions and updates.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the dispatch team, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possess experience in a similar dispatch role or related industry, with proficiency in software and systems related to vehicle dispatch.
• Showcase your problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
