We are seeking two Community Response Officers to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a Community Response Officer, you will be part of a multi-skilled team delivering a high-quality 24-hour service, including concierge, CCTV, door entry, mobile patrols, and visits to vulnerable tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour in accordance with procedures.
- Manage the concierge system and respond to all calls.
- Ensure contact with emergency services in emergency situations.
- Report faults with the CCTV/Concierge service to the maintenance contractor and/or Team Leader or Housing Manager.
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licensed or willing to be trained.
- Understanding of issues related to crime, anti-social behaviour, and the environment.
- Knowledge of CCTV and Concierge systems.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems.
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality.
