We are seeking dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistants to work across various locations with Aspire People, a leading education agency. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a positive impact on students' lives and contribute to their academic, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualized support and assistance to pupils with diverse needs and abilities.
  2. Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities that cater to students' unique requirements.
  3. Support students' academic progress, social skills, and emotional well-being, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
  4. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
  5. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate students' learning styles and abilities.
  6. Assist with assessing students' progress and provide feedback to classroom teachers and parents.
  7. Foster positive relationships with students, establish clear communication channels with schools and parents, and uphold the school's values and policies.

Requirements:

  1. Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning / Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  2. Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  4. Patience, resilience, and ability to provide emotional support when needed.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  6. Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students.
  7. Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role essential.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
