M&E Estimator

We are seeking a skilled M&E Estimator to play a key role in delivering high-quality technical proposals to both existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and craft bespoke solutions that deliver results.
- Cost Modelling & Risk Analysis: Develop accurate pricing models and identify commercial or technical risks associated with proposals.
- Proposal Management: Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring accurate, competitive, and market-leading submissions.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring a seamless handover from estimation to execution.
- Strong experience in preparing cost estimates and proposals within the M&E industry.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards such as SFG20, HVCA, CIBSE, and BICS.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial modelling.
